SLEEPOUT BLACKOUT CURTAINS - This is the only company I know that makes blackout curtains that are not only FULLY black-out but also don’t off-gas terrible toxins! I have their curtains and they are wonderful. They are also OEKO-TEX®, SGS®, and Greenguard® certified, and you really can't find that in any options on Amazon or elsewhere.

BLACKOUT STICKERS - I put them on all electronics, fire alarms, electrical outlets, or other places around my home that have little LED lights on them. You can use the black stickers to fully block any lights you don't need to see or red stickers to block the light but still allow you to see what's underneath it (like the clock/temp setting on your stove or in your fridge, for example). If you can't find red stickers available online, you can always use red electrical tape and just cut it to size yourself!

CONTACT LENSES - Dailies contact lenses are the only brand that doesn’t block important light signals. There is no direct link for them, but you can order them from basically any optometrist in the US or Canada.

• Edison-Style Incandescent Bulbs
  My light source for before sunrise and after sunset. These have been banned in the U.S. as of August 1, 2023, so they might no longer be available where you live.

  Warm tone, zero blue light flicker-free LED bulbs that very much mimic candlelight, these bulbs are an excellent option for use during evening hours where light exposure is most likely to affect sleep patterns and also in the morning hours before sunrise to protect our circadian rhythm.

  This light bulb from Block Blue Light is a warm amber spectrum LED light that is 100% blue light-free, produces zero flicker, and has low nnEMF radiation. Again, great to use all throughout the house before sunrise and after sunset.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Soleil Well - These RLT panels from Kelly Bento are my favourite to recommend at this point. I also own and love her very useful red light therapy torch (like a flashlight with very therapeutic red and NIR light). She inspects and tests every panel to ensure it is low emf and performing as it should before shipping out. Most companies do not do this, they drop-ship from China.

INTUITION PHYSICIAN GROUNDING PRODUCTS - By far the best grounding products I have found and the only indoor grounding product I recommend. This is the only company that is also protecting you from dirty electricity while grounding.

EARTHRUNNERS - Grounding sandals. It takes a few weeks to break them in but then they are very comfortable.

TECH WELLNESS - An amazing source for all things emf mitigation. Especially great for helping hardwire your home and devices.

WATER

GOODFOR WATER FILTRATION - This company offers a variety of reverse osmosis filtration solutions depending on your needs. I have their shower filter and their replaceable 5 step tap filter. Use the code VIDA for 10% off

PURE WATER - One of the best options on the market for home distillers. I have used their Mini Classic for the past 7 years in my home, it’s a great option as is portable. It’s an excellent option if you rent or travel often.

GREENFIELD WATER SOLUTIONS - Great filtering options from whole-house to countertop to under the sink.

CRYSTAL QUEST BATH FILTER - These don't filter everything, but it's way better than not filtering at all, and I don't know of a single other bath faucet filter on the market.

REMINERALIZING YOUR WATER: I have two primary recommendations for mineral and hydration support. I find that BOTH are needed:

1. Quinton Minerals
   Quinton is an excellent mineral support for our “internal oceans,” which mimic the mineral balance of seawater—so, things like your blood, cerebrospinal fluid, and the fluid between cells (our interstitial fluid). Their Hypertonic and Isotonic options are used for different clinical applications. I typically suggest Isotonic as daily support, whereas Hypertonic is best used after a sauna/sweat session, as you might with electrolytes. However, usage and dosing are person- and situation-specific. Castor oil packs are a great way to support drainage pathways in your body, and the Queen Of The Thrones is my favourite brand. They have packs specifically sized for your liver, thyroid, and pelvis, and more. Their castor oil is 100% pure, organic, hexane-free, extra virgin, and bottled in amber glass. Most castor oil available is nowhere near this quality. The packs themselves are very well-made and easy to use without a heat pack, and they can be worn overnight.

RISEWELL - My favourite natural toothpaste and floss. I use the PRO version which contains 20% hydroxyapatite. It’s the only brand with a concentration of more than 10%, which is what is needed to remineralize teeth.

REAL FARM FOOD & SEASONAL FOOD

I encourage you to explore options in your local area - get to know what farms and markets are in proximity, and talk to them about their farming practices. The more we can have direct relationships with our farmers, the better. That being said, if you are just getting started and want to ship food, here are some options and resources:

Pro tip: If you’re going to start somewhere, start by changing up your undies. I have personally made it a rule to only buy new pieces that are natural fibres. I wear a lot of cotton, linen, and merino wool. These are some of my favourite brands.

PACT - Their clothes are made from organic and fair-trade cotton, with only a small amount of elastane, and they are GOTS Certified.

MATE THE LABEL - Uses organic cotton AND dyes, so that carcinogens, endocrine disruptors and other chemicals are kept OFF your body. Organic cotton means no pesticides were used while growing the cotton. And all plastic has been removed from their clothing and their labels. They are climate neutral, GOTS certified, and a B corp.

SIMONS - For my Canadian people - this is where I buy some of my fave organic cotton underwear and nightgowns. They are extremely well-priced and often have sales. The brand I like is their in-house brand Miiyu. Check the labels as not all are fully cotton.

MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS

PERIOD CO - I only recommend their organic cotton models. Great affordable menstrual underwear!

THINX - These are the menstrual underwear I use. I have the organic cotton bikini and boy short models and I love them. Again I only recommend the organic cotton options.
